The gentle lad on the counter was very calm, professional and helpful. I told him I will purchase the Lion 096 high performance car battery online so that I can get the early black Friday 40% off, he told me I can do it on my counter and he did it. I also told him about the late negative reviews down below which he was not aware of. Want the 40% off, buy online or get there in the coming 34 hours.

Over priced, fake discounts, but staff was helpful

My fiancée needed some new headlight bulbs urgently and we came here. Got them in no time at all with no fuss and at a fair price. I am only giving 4 stars, however, because the parking availability is TERRIBLE. The neighbouring shop blocks the car park and it's a nightmare to find a spot

I had to take back a faulty disc . The lads on the counter were great. No fuss or problem with the refund. Due to the fact the disc had to be refitted the manager Gary then refunded the cost of fitting. Great service from the Keighley branch.

Cheaper than most for branded products and carry a lot of stock.

A very poor experience and not the first time i have been here and been spoke to in a rude manner. The lad on the counter Aiden seemed to think he can speak rudely until challenged by his manager which soon sorted him out. Made to wait 20 minutes outside for an order that also took another 5 minutes to arrived. Rather order online from reputable sellers not cheap euro car parts who’s quality is poor 99% of the time. Only positive about euros is the availability of parts and the convenience but then again if you have to return the parts due to poor quality and the wrong part then what is the point of ordering from here in the first place first class cowboys with no hat stay clear you have been warned

No messing in and out with parts I needed... Car parking a little tight and deserve a bit more space but service spot on click and collect service spot on.... A great local place for car products... Allwayz d×

Great prices with knowledgeable staff.

Deserves no star, but system would not allow me to comment without it. Manager was extremely rude and had an attitude and demanded payment with card despite other Euro Car Parts accepting cash. In addition, it does not state online that the Company is accepting card payments only. Manager did not allow inspection of item resulting in having received damaged stock. Too far to return the item. Times are difficult and this Manager's bad customer service skills will drive people away.
