Clarks shoes has been my favourite for long years, they still are. This specific store however is by far the worse I've been to. It has a smaller collection, the staff friendliness and attendance is low, the kids section is on the top floor through a tiring stairs! And overall you don't feel comfortable being there, even to collect an online order.

Lovely shoes. No service. It's inexcusable to have loads of people waiting around and no one to serve them. I bought a pair of £70 shoes, which would be £50 somewhere else. I paid for the service and did not receive it in a timely fashion.
