We came here today at 13:24 and bought 2 mint hot chocolates and 2 slices of chocolate orange cake. The cake was great... no fault there. But the hot chocolate was just a hot chocolate with half an after 8 mint on it and a few marshmallows. Sadly not a mint hot chocolate as described. Then there was the huge problem of THE STAFF STEALING... WHEN YOU PAY FOR SOMETHING AS ABOVE COSTING £14.40... WHEN YOU PAY WITH £15 YOU WOULD EXPECT YOUR CHANGE. IF YOU CAN RIP ME OFF WITH 60 PENCE WITHOUT EVEN BLINKING HOW MANY OTHERS ARE YOU DOING IT TO? YOUR LUCKY I DID NOT GET THE POLICE... ITS NOT THE AMOUNT IT IS THE PRINCIPAL OF THE MATTER... ONCE A THIEF ALWAYS A THIEF... WE WILL NEVER RETURN AND URGE PEOPLE TO CHECK THEIR CHANGE BEFORE LEAVING THE TILL. TOTAL DISGRACE.

Lovely little coffee shop with a nice upstairs section with comfy sofas. The staff are really nice and welcoming, the trivial pursuit cards on each table are a fun touch. Coffee and cakes are delicious, highly recommend the brownie and chocolate covered strawberries!

Fantastic little coffee shops which sells a variety of cakes, drinks and sandwiches. Dog friendly and has a number of stories however seating may be limited so I recommend for someone to get a seat whilst another person orders

My absolute favourite cawfee shop in Keswick. They do the most indulging hot chocolates.. the mint hot chocolate and the chilli hot chocolate are very well recommended.

Always smiling staff. Great selection of drinks and cakes. Atmosphere, they allow dogs and Trivial Pursuit questions on the tables too. WiFi too.
