Visited Keswick in May this year with my elderly parents and husband. We ordered food and drink at the Honey Pot. Drinks delivered with a wait for the food which was fine but tea and scone was ordered and tea drunk no scone. When I politely asked for the scone I was met with what can only be described as rudeness being advised that the coffee shop worker only had one pair of hands if she had had two she would have brought it then an interrogation about ordering food and drink at the same time. Awful Awful attitude, would never go back. Actually in Keswick there are so many better places.

My advice, DON'T GO. Over-priced food and drink. We ordered 'The Full' breakfast, which sounded amazing but when it came out it wasn't even worth half of what they were charging for it.£7.90 and you expect a lot for a breakfast, no matter where you are in the country, but this was awful.Greasy, tiny portions, only thing good about it was the sausage. Customer service was barely adequate, the girl looked like she'd been slapped in the face repeatedly and couldn't care less about what she was doing. Honestly, just don't bother with this place, there are much nicer pubs, tea rooms and cafes in Keswick.
