Treeby and Bolton is a China shop ion the centre of Keswick. They have now opened a cafe in the basement serving simple quality food in a comfortable environment. Whist we were there the soup wad going down very well at tables all around us it seemed to be the start on the menu. I had a meat platter that contained some smoked duck, scotch egg, smoked sausage and some salad. It was a good choice. If you're looking for some good food amongst all the tourist stuff this place is well worth a visit.

Top cafe located in a secluded area of Keswick. Good coffee for starters, and a nice food menu, with hot snacks, sandwiches and cakes, all well presented, in a modern and comfortable cafe. Interesting art gallery too with contrasting works by local landscape artists, and also some by Rolling Stone Ronnie Wood.

Good food and lovely atmosphere. Being honest, I only stop in for the loo, but stayed and checked out the gallery, then grabbed some grub. The prawn sandwich was tasty and filling. The Pavlova wasn't too my liking, but it was my first time trying Pavlova. Overall, great food!

Lovely friendly place, would recommend a visit for coffee and cake. Staff very welcoming.

Lovely food and coffee beautifully presented, and sensibly priced. One of Keswick's finest - but a bit hidden away, so make the effort to find it downstairs in the art shop/gallery.
