Very disappointed and frustrated by today's visit 😣

As the only customer in the shop, I was left waiting at the counter whilst the pharmacist was doing paperwork, didn't acknowledge me for almost 5 mins not a huge problem, I could wait. The dispenser arrived to be told to deal with my request which she did. Overall I felt a lack of attention and didn't get a confident feeling from staff spending almost 20 mins in store for a basic prescription dispensation?

When I arrived home I found that that I hadn't received the correct medication ☹️ tried to call to see if they could rectify their mistake but they were closed so I'll try again tomorrow. As I was the only customer they had to deal with, I think that's quite scary they got the prescription wrong. What happens when they're busy?!
