I have never been spoken to so rudely as I was by the woman at the counter. Maybe she got out the wrong side of the bed that day and a simple polite question was all too much, but but there is absolutely no excuse for having such a disgusting attitude towards a paying customer. 

She either needs to find some self control and manage her bad attitude else find another, non-customer facing role. Will not be going there again.
