The pharmacy stinks! I called to ask a simple question, do you do delivery for disabled people, and the response from the pharmacy rep was awful ~ full of desire for conflict, an attitude ordinarily completely alien in British chemists. A Pharmacy who thinks Boots is well above any customer or prospective customer, at the end of the call I felt like I'd rung up for a code to get out of Auschwitz prison! The discrimination was so apparent - and the rude call taker didn't even see it,  that sort survived on Wizard of Oz, just unfortunately it's now here.
Its not just the government to blame for nastiness towards disabled afterall.

We are waiting outside pharmacy no one is thee to attend.  They ment to be open 6 am it's  7 o'clock now. We spent time and fuel for nothing
