Terrible customer service, waited 25 minutes for a prescription today when I should have been at work, prescription never materialised so have to go back. The staff put it down to the computers going down but didn't have the courtesy to communicate this to the many customers waiting. Amateur hour, cannot get basic customer service right. If it weren't for the fact that their customer base relies on them I'm sure this 'business' would have gone under years ago. Do yourself a favour, go to Boots.

The place has gone down hill so much the pharmacy looks dirty think they need to clean the place. 
 The staff was so rude to me the way they spoke to me was disgusting and disrespectful then when I got my medicine it was the wrong stuff definitely won't go there aging. 
Not a happy customer:(
