Friendly staff. Warm and welcoming. Very efficient at medication dispensing, always on time and very helpful. A couple of the staff have gone right out there way for me. When didn't have to. So very appreciative to one and all in boots pharmacy, Bradwell Common. Respect! And thank you.

I go in to Boots and other places to buy Codine for my Grandmother as she is house bound due to her illness and she can't take the stronger ones as they make her feel funny. At least at this place they don't ask too many questions which is rare (as I'm actually on the point of being banned from some places) but I do understand why they have to. Maybe my complaint is more with the way drugs are policed? But they are slow with serving here, which is probably the biggest and only complaint I can have about this place.

Not a good experience at all. I found the staff unfriendly and were unable to deliver what I required . I have since stopped using boots and started using Hilltops Pharmacy. It is fairly close and a lot better. Worth the slightly longer trip for me.
