Visited both shops today, looking for an outfit for my daughters wedding, in August.   My sister came with me for help and advice which was comforting, but, I can honestly say, Roslyn, Jill and Pam couldn’t have been more helpful in giving their assistance, advice,  time and patience.  I have tried on the most amazingly beautiful outfits and made to feel like a Queen, nothing was too much trouble.  I finally completed purchasing my order with Jill who made everything so easy, putting my wonderful outfit together.  Thank you ladies from a very stressed, emotional, Mother of the Bride and putting me on in cloud nine. A highly recommended shop and service!

I accompanied my Mum here to find her an outfit for my brother's wedding. What a wonderful service, the owner and member of staff could not have been more accommodating or knowledgeable, making recommendations and giving their very experienced advice. There was an absolutely stunning selection of dresses, shoes, bags and hats and with an onsite seamstress the dresses could be altered to fit you perfectly. They even offered to have a facinator made to the exact spec if we couldn't find what we were looking for. Over all, a very positive experience, I would highly recommend. And yes, my mum did find THE dress!

I bought a dress on line for my daughters wedding, when it arrived it was too big for me. Took it to Jan's and they were able to alter it to fit me, and in record time. Saved my day and saved me having to buy a new outfit.  Will definitely get my outfit from there when my son gets married.

Had a fantastic experience on a recent visit with my Mother who was looking for an outfit for a family wedding.  The staff were efficient and highly attentive. They were spot on with their advise on outfits for my Mother who came away thoroughly thrilled with her chosen outfit. Keep up the good work ladies.

I brought an outfit for my son's wedding Roz was very helpful. Also had to visit the discount store opposite for alterations the ladies there were very friendly store very busy but it had a great atmosphere the experience was like and hour with friends customers and staff chatting and laughing together would highly recommend going there.

I found the owner Mrs. Jan [Janice] Dyment, very blunt and rude: indeed, acting well above her lowly educated station. Given her unprofessional, 'bolshie' , uppity, discourteous attitude. I would NOT recommend considering a visit to this establishment.

Went here to find my mum’s outfit for my wedding. The staff were rude, unhelpful and unimaginative in their suggestions. We went somewhere else, where they couldn’t do enough to help us and listened to what she wanted rather than try to tell her. Give your money to people who deserve it.

Visited here in October. Not very helpful. New what outfit I wanted from Ronald Joyce. Told only got what on racks. Went else where same day they phone Ronald Joyce and ordered in my size exactly what I wanted  Lady who dealt with us was very uninterested

Very helpful not pushy good range of wedding dresses for mothers of bride and groom
