Bought a Honda Civic and had so many problems. Noticed a couple of days after buying that the brakes were warped, called the garage and was told that it wasn’t covered under the warranty so wouldn’t fix it, stereo button also fell off where it just been placed on as it was already broken, car had no oil so had to refill it and to top it off, the electric wing mirror on the drivers side was stuck when I tried to park and fold them in, now the electric motor constantly runs. This covered under warranty so called the garage and after months of constantly calling they couldn’t find the part as they wanted to fix it with a similar used mirror from another civic and so apparently couldn’t find a replacement. They told me to find the part myself and then to call them once I had. Would stay clear if you want to find a reliable dealer. Would not go back or recommend to anyone.

I bought a Saab 93 convertible for £3000 and after a few weeks the engine warning light came on. Main dealer quoted £560 to fix (glow plugs and ECR valve). When I contacted Jancar, they asked me to drop the car in for the day to have a look. They fixed everything (replaced the parts) with no quibble and the car now runs perfectly. Very pleased with the after sales service.

Useless incompetent hopeless to deal with. They really live up to arthur Daly. Avoid at all costs. You have been warned.  Overpriced rubbish.
