Picked up this from the auction house not logistics  front desk yesterday for a moovex customer. Once I eventually located vehicle, it was accurately described. 3 stars for petrol on empty again!! I don't think I've ever picked up from here without empty light being on. And the 2 mile walk to the logistics hub because they closed the shortcut which to be fair was my fault, tried to flag down a staff member to ask about a lift, all I got was a smile, didn't do much to change the 2 mile walk but she was very attractive

of course 1 star I would give zero as they dont even deserve one , selling a non runner car and the engine is seized in uk S section with a clean essential report, and say you have to bring recovery truck to take the car seriously ? can you even call that a car? paid over 10 k for something that dont even start, see you in the court brothers

Worst experience ever, got a car with clean report and after 30 minutes driving, engine & gearbox gone on the motor way. I would be killed that day

Plenty of cars. But the buyer commission is really high. Monday Wednesday and Friday is for Car Auction. Thursday and Saturday for van auction. £3 for catalogue price for non trade member. All 3 hall catalogue for £5. Cafe and restaurant available. Free car park

I really don't like this place, as a small transporter driver there is nowhere dedicated to load apart from the roadside. It used to worse as at least they bring cars out to you while you stand outside in the rain.

Awful company who should be investigated for what they get upto. Bought 3 vehicles online with green assured reports all were plagued with major faults 1 had a major clutch flywheel rattle, 1 complete non runner, 1 vehicle misfire badly and smoking. Staff do not want to know and ignore all your comments. I will be taking legal action against these online thieve's.

New mechanical grading system is a disgrace. Giving cars the all green but putting the faults in 'notes' right at the bottom of the page. Trick after trick from British Car Auctions

The worst BCA site i deliver to, the goalposts must be on castors as they move so much, kept waiting ages to make a simple delivery.

Helpful staff, easy system when you're there. Lost a star for inefficient booking system to sell a car prior to going to the auction site.

Customer care the most awful I ever encountered. Be prepared for disappointment.
