Absolutely atrocious. Ordered at 18:55 on the 30/9. Phoned up at 20:45 to see where it was. The person on the phone said the driver set off 20 minutes prior and should be with me soon. So guess what, phoned up at 21:30. Was told they were busy and that I was to get a refund in the next few working days and IF my pizza turns up to have it. It never did. Surprising. Bognor Dominoes has gone down hill so much. Wont be using again and won't ever recommend this place as this isn't the 1st time it's happened to me or the family
Ordered at 18.48 and as of 20.31 we are still waiting. We only ordered from Domino’s as they offer a gluten free pizza. I called 30 mins after the app said it was delivered and was greeted by a very apologetic guy who said the app who said in affect the app is not real time. Needless to say I called again and requested a refund. I can have a three course meal in a restaurant in the same time as is takes Dominos’s to delivery two small pizzas!!!
Bis, the employee that answered the phone is one of the worst people I have ever encountered in customer service. Did all he could not to take my order over the phone. When I arrived in store the same person ignored me walking in the store. When the phone rang he walked to the counter without acknowledging me at all and avoided eye contact at all costs. When he had finished being rude on the phone to another customer he didn’t look at me and just said ‘yes’. I said I have an order to collect for mark. He said no more and walked off. Picked up his mobile phone and I didn’t see him again for another four minutes. I checked the tracking which said pop in to collect. Eventually he came back and placed the order on the counter without saying a word or looking at me. He then walked off on his phone again. I have never felt like i was an inconvenience more in any business than in this one. I will not return.
They obviously take themselves and their jobs seriously , super from start to finish, quality food and delivery was on time, well done guys
Can't believe the service I just recieved. Ordered at 22:32 and got to the restaurant at 22:45 as to not make them wait past their schdueled shifts. Got asked for my name and gave it to her said it'll be a couple minutes about 40 minutes later sitting in the restaurant I'm told my order was given to someone else that came and collected my order right in front of me. Had a suspicion but gave them the benefit of a doubt. After all this the girl told me I can give you a refund or the other person's order!? Seriously? Pathetic. Now I have to wait a week to get my refund. Absolutely atrocious service. Never. Again. Do not come here if you value your time and own self respect.
The staff were so rude on the phone about my order and also half thought making my order they put the phone down on me
Well, thanks for that. And for the lack of sauce. And for normal garlic sauce with vegan pizza. And charcoal black mushrooms. Appreciate it.
Generally don't leave bad reviews but shop doesn't answer phone even after ringing for nearly 5 minutes, Food arrived late, pizza squashed in box, And only warm not hot, Shop needs to contact to change review as bad customer communication
Messed up my multiple parts of my order refused to swallow the cost of delivery for the replacement, manager was un helpfull
Extremely poor customer service to whoever is on shift this evening 11/03/22 we walked in to collect our pizza’s and were looked at like we were dirt. There are graveyards with more life. When we said thank you, the young girl didn’t even make eye contact.
