Really great little shop! Haven’t shopped with them for a while however but popped into have a look and purchased a couple of items. Quality is fantastic and they do some great clothes. I had to return the sliders due to a sizing issue and the staff are all really friendly and helpful.
Good things: 1. Cheap preppy clothes 2. Made for a young ish crowd 3. Reasonable / good quality I sometimes think this is a shop selling countrified clothes to city people, ...To that end I feel by wearing them you betray the fact that you have probably never seen a tree / cow / horse. However, they are robust, servicable and stylish in a preppy way. I like them. :
A great clothes shop for Men and Woman in the Covent Garden area. Very preppy/university student type style here. The store is huge with a lot of selection. The woman's clothing is on the main floor when you enter the store and they offer everything from t shirts and tops to jumpers and jeans. The men's section is downstairs and also has a lot offer including underwear and sports bags. The changing rooms are downstairs which is also where you can pay. The staff here are very friendly and they offer discounts and sales on a semi regular basis.
The clothes is relly nice and lovely, but the service is just really bad. I went there today and bought a hoddie and the cashier refused to give me a paper bag because I bought a sale item and he told it is policy. How ridiculous that is what kind of policy is that.
Chasing up a failed home delivery today - Main Customer Services offices were not very helpful & i was losing trust in JWills. But today i spoke with Andy at Covent Garden branch who checked if they had an item in stock so I could collect instead. Also went out of his way to help me track my package - hats off to Sales / Customer Services like Andy. Thank you!
One of the worst store managers I have had the displeasure of encountering. I think her name was Charlie but cant be certain - 30 something blonde hair looked like a mature version of most the people who work there. She epitomised the stroppy, rude, pretentious, snobbish persona which Jack Wills sometimes struggles to shake off. Terrible service and an unforgettably negative experience.
Always the first shop to visit when in Covent Garden. Tend to always have a good amount of stock and sizes, can get a little hectic around christmas, but the displays are worth seeing.
Love their designs and colours! Great service..they were very helpful with my bag refund although I bought my sweater in the branch at soho.
They were nice when I complained about their product and took my email and told me their team was going to reach me out. Noone wrote me. You cannot lie to your client...
It was very busy when I was there as a sale was on. There was a massive queue for the fitting room but the staff was very friendly and tried to help where they could. A pleasant experience overall.
