I’d like to take a minute, before the season gets going to leave a review for Diane Hurn & all her staff at the Southwold branch. I open my shop nearly ago in Southwold High Street & have used the branch in my lunch breaks etc Diane has always offered good advice & knowledge of products in every dealing I’ve had with her. This also applies to her staff. In the last year I’ve purchased kitchen & home entertainment equipment. I shall no doubt be back to the store for further purchases. I know that customer service is very important to me, not just price. I’m happy to say I get both in equal quantities. Thank you all.
I have been a rental customer with Hughes for almost 20 years for my rental properties. In that time I have dealt with several Hughes shops and many staff members. Diane in the Southwold shop, has been the most efficient, accurate and helpful Hughes member of staff that I have come across in all the time I have been a Hughes customer. Big thumbs up!
We have 4 holiday homes and my own home too, and Hughes Southwold have supplied the majority of our appliances over 23 years, even a gas cooker! Diane Hurn has been involved in most of these transactions and Kevin for the last few years. What a team! We couldn't ask for better. In these anxious days for the high street, this shop is a star performer. If they didn't deliver the service we wouldn't go back, and back and back.

The shop is so much better than the larger electrical shops. The prices are very competitive, the range extensive the staff always happy and helpful. The Manager Diane is one of the most cheerful people I have met, her knowledge is unquestionable.
