Such a lovely store in Southwold. Always tidy and well layed out. Staff are very efficient and helpful.
Visited today as a birthday treat trip to southwold I had a package to collect from joules which I had ordered online but I was also eyeing up some welly boots. Lana was really helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I had all options available to me to try on. Lana was really friendly and welcoming and really made the shopping experience feel extra special. I am a blue light card holder so i also got a discount on my full price wellibobs!! I was also helped by another lady on the till with xollecting my package , I didn't catch her name but she was also very smiley and chatty. Overall have to say one of my best experiences shopping in a long long time. I will defintely be returning. The shop was clean , tidy and well laid out. Thank you Joules.
One of my favourite UK clothing makers - casual style. This is a good outlet w friendly staff and a pretty broad selection. Both my wife who found nice shorts and natural looking cotton shirts and I replaced my existing Chinos, and bought some nice tee shirts and shirts.
Another shop my wife likes to visit in Southwold.
