I waited in all afternoon but the technician didn't come, because the email requesting a visit went into their spam folder. On the plus side, when I told them they did arrange another visit promptly.
Excellent service. Phoned on Friday, the engineer arrived on Saturday and fixed the oven. Polite and professional - would definitely use again.
Nicely run independent electronics and parts store. Sorted me out nicely for a fan oven element promptly.
After waiting an entire morning for my designated slot...they left as they couldn’t find parking! What a joke! Not even a star is what they deserve
