I phoned them to ask if they repair. They said yes but by appointment and were busy so he gave me a time to call back and true to his word fitted me that day.  They were wonderful, accommodating, polite, helpful and fair priced.  He was also very honest and gave me the unreserved truth about my machine.  Excellent

Took my janome machine in to be fixed by appointment. Amazing to be able to get an appointment to fit into my work schedule. Great service would definitely go back. Tempted to buy an industrial now!

This guy and his staff are so genuine and helpful. Builds great rapport too. I have used their services several times with my domestic overlooker. Always makes me feel welcome  and genuinely interested in providing a grest service.
