Carried out PAT testing but didn't issue certificates as promised. Then became impossible to contact, wouldn't reply to emails and phone calls wouldn't go further than reception. Promise to phone us back never happened. Update: Issues now resolved and certificates received.

Ray explained the full procedure from start to finish. A very helpful and efficient team. Would highly recommend.
