I walked into the shop about 3-4 days ago and I asked about appointments. The lady at the desk looked confused, then gave me 'evils' and said: "No, sorry." in the bluntest tone imaginable. That was it. She didn't give me any further information, she honestly couldn't care less. It was my first visit and I probably won't go back. Luckily there are plenty of other hair dressers in southborough and tunbridge wells, who's staff are much more polite!
