I had an absolutely amazing stay at Ivy Bridge Guesthouse , From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcomed and cared for. Mark was truly outstanding – his warmth, kindness, and attention to detail made this the best customer service I have ever experienced. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect . The place itself is spotless, cozy, and full of charm, but it’s Mark’s hospitality that truly makes it unforgettable. I can’t recommend Ivy Bridge Guest House enough I will definitely be coming back!
10/10 would highly recommend this place the price for the bedrooms were reasonibly priced and the breakfast too is so Worth it in the morning. Also mark our guide very nice guy served us with the Rooms and breakfast and had a nice chat, super friendly.
Lovely place, were able to accommodate us at very short notice after a disaster with the ferry. The room was clean and comfortable, the water was hot and excellent water pressure in the shower. The breakfast was absolutely delicious.
We had an emergency stop over at the Ivybridge on the night of 5 April 2025, due to engine failure on the Stena ferry. Our planned ferry crossing at 2pm, ended with the sailing being abandoned, and with my family mostly reversing off the ferry at 10pm ish. Total nightmare.nMy son managed to book 2 rooms, and we all had a well deserved restful night, before leaving in the morning to make our way to Pembroke for the Irish Ferries service.nDelicious breakfast, the best I have had in a long time. I would definitely stay again in similar circumstances. Thank you both.
Wonderful place to stay. We were in a real bind when we had booked another hotel and no one was there to check us in. Mark was able to assist us quite quickly, even though it was getting near midnight. He was a life saver, especially since our pet was with us and our options were severely limited. The check in and check out was easy. Breakfast was only topped by the friendly conversation. Would recommend and we definitely would stay again.
