The experience was wonderful! Helen was so friendly and she knew exactly what would suit me from the start! She was calm, she listened to me and I felt like I was important. She didn't  force me into anything but she just knew what would work! The staff there really love what they do and it shows! They know their stuff! I found THE dress in about half an hour and was made to feel like a princess the entire time. Cannot recommend Isabella Grace enough! Its the only place to get your wedding dress from!

This was my first time going wedding dress shopping and it couldn’t have been any better. Was so much better than I expected it to be. Amber was incredible and helped me, nothing forceful or fake, she was lovely and kind and genuine, she knew when I needed some help, support or guidance and when to let me have a think or let my family try to help. The shop had a lot of styles shapes colours and designers to choose from in a range of budgets. The shop was so lovely warm and toasty on a freezing cold snowy day. I had my own little room that my family and I were in which made it more intimate and personal. Thoroughly enjoyable experience and if I could do it again I would! Would highly recommend! And Amber really made the experience also.

I couldn’t recommend buying your dress here enough. I brought my mum and baby to my appointment and Amber made us all feel so welcome, even though we were looking at sample dresses only. Lovely, down to earth and honest. A really special experience. Thank you!

What a beautiful shop!  The dresses are stunning and the ladies cannot do enough for you, they are amazing, especially Helen (thank you Helen :)).  I cannot wait to try my dress on again.  If you are looking for a truly wonderful experience then this is where you should be shopping.  5 star all round.

I cannot thank Isabella Grace enough, especially Helen my Bridal Consultant. Helen welcomed myself, Mum and Sister, and made me feel at ease, giving great advice, without being forceful or pushy, for the whole 2 hours we were there. I was shown to the Audrey Hepburn Suite, which is beautiful, (like the rest of the boutique), and was shown some truly amazing dresses. With no idea what I really wanted, I chose a few dresses and Helen then picked a couple for me as well, based on my selection and her own knowledge of the collections. Helen picked a dress that I would not have chosen myself. This ended up being THE dress, which is testament to her knowledge and expertise as a Bridal Consultant. It was truly the most perfect experience and I cannot WAIT to return and try my dress again. Thank you.
