My experience at the clinic was incredibly frustrating due to poor organisation and management. I arrived at 8:15 for my 8:30 appointment, only to find no one at the front desk. I was then told by other staff members that the ultrasound clinic doesn’t open until 9:00, despite multiple appointments scheduled for 8:00 and 8:30. After waiting for half an hour, I went to the recently opened reception, where I was met by a rude and blunt staff member who said I should have signed in—despite there being no one present to assist. The clinic should either open at 9:00 when all staff arrive or implement a self-check-in system, similar to what GP surgeries use. Starting late is unprofessional and creates unnecessary frustration, especially for those of us who are on a tight schedule. The rude response from the staff only added to the disappointment. This situation definitely needs to be reviewed and improved.
Just got back from an appointment at Endoscopy. What amazing staff, not got all the names but from the reception, to the manager and Dr Marshall were brilliant.nnThe appointment booking centre made an error by sending us on the wrong day but the staff were, apologetic, accommodating and delivered a top class service with a smile.nnThank you from Mr Ranga

I visited today for a gastroscopy procedure, I was quite nervous and anxious, the staff immediately put me at ease and were very reassuring. They explained to me what to expect and we're really kind to me during the procedure. After it was done and I was taken to the recovery room, I was given a drink and a biscuit. When they were certain that I was ok they explained the results and rang my husband to come and collect me. The NHS should be proud to have such wonderful and caring staff.
