Lovely store, the shoes are amazing, if a little expensive. Staff need some lessons in customer service - need to work harder on being friendly and helpful. Standing there looking at the floor won't make anyone feel welcome or sell anything!
I cannot sing the praises of the wonderful staff at this store enough! I went in about a month ago with my bridesmaids to try on some shoes and Molly was fantastic! Nothing was too much trouble and she helped us pick out lots of different styles to try on. We visited again today and Molly was again amazing, along with the other staff members in today. Such lovely people, can't wait for my next visit!
I bought my first pair from this store and the staff were lovely, so friendly and so attentive. Then we get to the shoes OMG i was like a kid in a sweet shop. So many beautiful pairs to choose from. I highly recommend a visit x
Love IC! Literally came to The Bullring JUST to visit here. I was a little gutted about the lack of sale items. It was explained to me why they were all boxed on the shop floor, and not available to buy, I was fully intending to leave with at least 2 pairs of shoes and a pair of trainers; but when I asked if the items I wanted were in the box, I was told even if they were, I would have to just keep an eye on the website and buy them from there, which was very disappointing, as I had the cash ready to go there and then, and had travelled 40 miles JUST to come into store. Came away with just 1 pair. Not sure I will be coming back into store in a rush, which is a real shame, as I adore Irregular Choice. :-
I went in with full intentions of purchasing at least 3 pairs of shoes as I only visit Birmingham occasionally now. However, I was completely blanked by all the staff who were all fawning over the same customer. I even did a circuit if the shop holding 2 pairs as I wanted to try them on in my size. No joy so I left. Shame
Wouldn't exchange shoes, hadn't been worn still in the box with tissue paper. I didn't have the receipt but clearly irregular choice shoes.. I have bought many shoes from this shop but never again!
I totally love this shop, I bought a pair of kitten heels from here and I absoleutly love them. The staff are lovely and freindly too and ever so polite and chatty
The choice of shoes is fantastic and the staff couldnt be more helpful. A must visit if in Birmingham my only issue is I cannot buy them all!
If you are a lover of shoes and are a unique person then this shop is where you need to go. Be aware the prices are high but so is the quality
I love this shop I love the shoes, they usually have a sale in new year, so if you love shoes this is the shop for your ladies
