We were taken care of by a lovely bloke called Jake, he was very friendly and made an effort to get to know us a bit and ask us about our day which was lovely. Great guy!
Jake was absolutely brilliant, helped with my shoe order and sorted within 2 minutes. Absolute top guy
Came into the store with my sister who’s a size 9 and it’s quite difficult for her to find shoes to like and Naomi was really warm and helpful. She happily went to get us different sizes and recommended alternatives. All the staff members were really welcoming and ready to assist. Overall, great service.
Good range of shoes and boots, plenty of stock and helpful staff. Never have to wait long to be seen and it all runs efficiently
It's a good shop, only that I brought these 65 pounds sandals and on the day 7 the sole come out. Not happy

I visited Schuh during a particularly busy time of day so I expected to have to wait some time. I was however very quickly served by Mainie whose level of customer service and helpfulness was nothing short of exceptional. She is a credit to the store!
When I came into shcu it took a while to be helped. The woman was rude from the start. She clearly didn’t care. Unfortunately no fault of the company they didn’t have my size in one shoe. The woman knew I was going to buy those shoes so she took the box out my hand very quickly and said in a very rude tone “is that all then bye” due to how she acted from the start I knew I was not spending my money here even when I had a back up shoe in plan. So I went next door to office and received the correct customer service and bought something else. If the woman was more polite I would have bought something else in my size. It’s all about customer service at the end of the day. As I left the store another customer asked if I was okay and that I should report that behavior and she left too with her daughter and bought from the office.
Good variety friendly staff. Nothing for me on this occasion
Helpful staff. More childrens shoes would be great.
