Good range of stock available. Huge variety of choice to choose from. It might be expensive but so is every where else, even more too. At least here it's purse friendly. I've bought this range for a number of years and most of them are still in great condition.
Don't even bother walk past this shop... My wife bought a handbag and decided the next day it wasn't for her, so she went and bought another bag and returned her radleys bag. The staff told her they did not have cash and can put it back on a card but she wanted cash as she had paid cash and needed it for shopping. Radleys took her phone number and that was it... No contact or updates for five days! So I went to return the bag and lo and behold they told me the exact same thing, they do give cash refunds but when someone else pays with cash for items? The manager was not. Willing to phone or help. In any way or form, so I asked why accept cash if you cannot refund cash? No comment. I would have used my card but the tone and non censical premise that was being told to me I refused, in the end she gave me all coins in £100 mixed 5p & 10p's, also a pound short which were mixed and had to spend fifteen minutes sorting at the bank. So the short of it is they will waste your time and the return time frame will Lapse and then your left with a bag you dont want or need...absolute joke...cant and wont give cash refunds..!!?
I purchased a bag from this store earlier this year. I hasn’t stopped creaking! It is most distracting! On returning the bag to the store as faulty the manager was very unhelpful and tried to sell me another more expensive bag instead!
The lady in the shop was very helpful they didn't have what i wanted . But she did order it on line to be delivered to me .
