Warm and welcoming. Stopped for a coffee and ended up sampling almost the best scone with jam and cream I have ever had. Appeared to be a good choice of real beers, unfortunately driving, so no beer for me.

i love this place. great surroundings. great friendly staff. pet friendly and does the best cullen skink. a meal on its own with plenty fish and the right amount of potatoes. and the crusty bread just makes the dish complete

We were made to feel very welcome here. Cozy seating with a great log fire. The food here is fantastic.

It was my second visit at oystercatcher and it couldn't be better. The menu is extensive but it changes regurally, I presume as last time when I was here it was different. The food is absolutely amazing and locally sourced. Atmosphere is very cosy and the service is friendly and helpful. As I spend a lot of time in Portavadie I'm sure I will be back soon again.

Lovely place, but needs the chimneys swept. If you like being slowly smoked yourself this is the place to go.
