Not bad for them prices. Everything clean, kitchen fully equipped with free tea and coffee as well. My room was little bit noisy because of the beer garden straight on the other side of the window, although the pub there do have a reasonable prices for burgers and fine selection of beers so I'll say fair enough.
WARNING! I want to report this hostel that even though I canceled my reservation, they took the money from my card. I made the reservation on Thursday at noon and canceled it shortly after, because I had to cancel my trip, I tried to contact them and they didn't answer me until 5 days later. Although I do not cancel with less than 48 hours, this is because the reservation was not made with more than 48 hours, but I did cancel on Thursday a reservation for Saturday. It seems to me that they only took advantage of the use of my card since the rules they have are not clear for cases like mine, in fact they never answered me. I would hope that they would be considerate in cases like these and not take advantage of the situation, it would be different if I had booked this reservation more than two days in advance. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, BUT BE CAREFUL ABOUT GIVING YOUR CARD DATA SO THAT THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AS THEY DID WITH ME.
The apartment was 01st class,clean,ideal location safe and secure.Receptionist was extremely professional and extremely well welcoming. Would highly recommend and will most definitely be back... Great job, International Inn. Rooms: Perfect and extremely clean Nearby activities: Pubs and restaurants literally 2 minute walk. Safety: 100% Walkability: Easy, in fact, in the good weather, a very straightforward 35 min walk to Old Trafford
DO NOT GO I was booked in for Liverpool Comic Con, rocked up only to be told they are full and couldn't find my reservation. Fast forward a few days and they have the temerity to take full payment from me! Absolute joke! Won't answer emails, won't answer the phone. Ironically I would've been fine for cash this month if I wouldn't have had to pay for another hotel Saturday night. So now I'm double skint. Robbing swine.
The 8-bed dorm room is spacious and has one shower/toilet. The down point is there is no power socket or lamp at your bunk bed. Has a large and functional shared kitchen with hobs and two medium-sized refrigerators. With four big wooden tables that you can eat/work. Lots of power sockets. Has one vending machine at the reception, selling snacks and drinks at a fair price. I have a good wifi connection here in my dorm room and in the kitchen, but can't say for other rooms. Good location surrounded by bars, eateries, and student accommodations.
Rooms clean and spacious but the air conditioning is not controlled in the room, so the room is cooled and uncomfortable to sleep in. If we where not going to the theatre tonight we would have gone home. What is supposed to be a chilled and relaxing weekend for myself and my husband, has turned into a sleepless night with another on the way. Huge disappointment and won't be stopping here again. Walkability: A good walk to the main attractions
Hello Liverpodlians and the world. I stayed at this hostel in March 2023. The staff was very nice. All the facilities were great. Very good prices. Great service. My only complaint: there were't almost no spoons or knives at the kitchen ...but beside that, I am really greatful for all the human side. Was my first time in this legendary city; and being a musician and so influenced by The Beatles, I was too much happy to be worried about a spoon or a knife So, many thanks again and I wish to see you all again in a desired second visit. Godspeed!!!
After reaching the age of 53, I thought my backpacking days were over, but this place proved me wrong! The cleanliness of the hostel was impressive. The common areas, bathrooms, and rooms were all spotless and well-maintained. The staff members were friendly and helpful. Overall, my stay at International Backpackers in Liverpool exceeded my expectations. It's a great option for anyone, regardless of their age, who wants an affordable, clean, and friendly place to stay while exploring Liverpool. You need to rent towels, they are tiny so I’d suggest getting two. We staying in a twin room with en-suite. Coffee/tea is available free of charge.

My first review of International Inn is it is a very well run ship & I'm honestly so impressed. A real hidden gem which has my full recommendation. Rooms: My room was extremely clean & comfortable. Food & drinks: A higher standard of tea, coffee & milk than a chain budget hotel. This small touch really does stand out to a traveler. Noteworthy details: Extremely clean throughout. Staff were highly efficient and helpful.
