I am writing to complain about INTEREXEC International's failing to fulfil contractual obligations and misrepresenting services. The details of my complaint are as follows: • Background: o On September 14th, 2020, I agreed with INTEREXEC International, whereby I paid GBP 18,000 upfront via credit card for services that were advertised and promised to provide access to exclusive executive-level job opportunities globally. The agreement stipulated that these services would be completed within 22-28 weeks after Market Testing, with an average time-to-placement of 5-8 months. • Non-Performance: o Despite the substantial upfront payment and assurances made by INTEREXEC International, I have not received any tangible results or been introduced to any recruiters or employers for executive-level positions. It has been 44 months since the agreement commenced, during which time there has been zero return on investment and a significant opportunity cost incurred. • Consumer Rights Act 2015: o According to the Consumer Rights Act 2015, services provided must be done with reasonable care and skill. INTEREXEC International has failed to fulfil this requirement by not delivering the promised services within a reasonable timeframe and with the expected results. • Misrepresentation Act 1967: o INTEREXEC International made several representations about the effectiveness and success of their services, particularly regarding the average time-to-placement and their ability to secure executive-level appointments. These representations have proven to be false, constituting misrepresentation under the Misrepresentation Act 1967. • Previous Correspondence: o I have diligently attempted to resolve this matter directly with INTEREXEC International. This includes multiple emails and formal letters, including a letter making time of the essence in December 2022 and subsequent Letters of Deadlock on January 30th, 2023, and January 31st, 2024. Despite my efforts, INTEREXEC International has failed to provide a satisfactory resolution or refund of the GBP 18,000 paid Date of experience: 31 January 2024
