AVOID - incompetent staff and a manager who refused to refund my money even after 2 failed attempts to add colour streaks to my hair. I walked out of the salon looking the same as when I had walked in due to my hair not being bleached before they added the dye (it all completely washed straight out in the salons sink). I gave them the opportunity to get it right on a 2nd appointment after speaking to the manager, but 2nd appt. was also a disaster as they planned to put cheap non-permanent dye on my hair and again without bleaching my hair! Manager offered 3rd try, but by this point I have lost all faith in inspire. Manager also refused to refund my money... DO NOT USE THIS SALON! ...  Got  my hair "fixed" at Daniel Granger Salon who did an amazing job.
