Seemed professional, explained everything about the treatment, but misleading advertising - the consultation for laser hair removal wasn't really free, I ended up paying £25 for the patch test. It would have been fine had I been informed about it beforehand. But there was no such information given in the confirmation email or while talking with a consultant on the phone while booking the appointment, nor is there anything on their website about this. Also, they said that they wouldn't treat more than one area at a time and wouldn't schedule another area sooner than after the second session of the first one. Went with Sk:n instead.

I do not recommend this laser clinic. Went in for a consultation and was not informed professionally. The lady pulled out a folder placed it infront of me,and just read it. I would have thought that the people carrying out the treatments would have knowledge about the procedures,the risks,the benefits,average time scale,how the hair is going to be targeted etc. I was very disappointed. Later came the pricing. I have been to many clinics and I have to say all this clinic cares about is money and not how their customer feels. I felt very uncomfortable as the lady I was speaking to had no idea about the questions I was asking and just continued to read off the folder. Makes me feel quite worried if people who carry out these treatments,truly have no knowledge about them. Avoid.

Had 2 tattoos removed and laser hair removal. The staff are discreet, compassionate and knowledgeable and I am absolutely delighted at the results. You would not know that I'd ever had tattoos. They always call to remind you of your appointment and the aftercare is second to none. I can't speak highly enough of this business. It's also nice to support a local business rather than a larger chain.

I have visited the clinic several times & have always been treated like a VIP. They always put the patient first. Care, discretion and concern for the patient's welfare is always their primary concern. They provide impartial advice for the most appropriate treatment for your situation. They have many, many years of experience in the field of laser technology and it shows in their professionalism. They are registered, not just cowboys with no experience, which is very important as you want to know you are in professional hands. I would not consider any other clinic in Northampton for laser treatment. They are the best, forget the rest!
