Always a fantastic experience, never rushed. I really feel like I’ve had a treat when I’ve had my hair done !! All the staff are welcoming, friendly and very chatty, with nothing being too much trouble. The staff are also well trained and knowledgeable in all areas of colouring and cutting. Would recommend this salon to anyone, without shadow of a doubt.

Absolutely first class hairdressers. Fantastic staff and great service. All staff are very knowledgeable and highly trained. Lara has been cutting and colouring my hair now for over 15 years and I trust her completely in any advice she provides. I have recommended this salon to numerous friends and family members and the feedback has always been positive

Very disappointed with the service , hair was completely messed up due to the bleach not being left to develop, daughter sustained blistering to the back of her neck due to more colouring required to fix the hair that had gone wrong, was promised a callback to rectify the situation but have had no response, had to go to another hairdresser to fix it, just felt many of the staff were very inexperienced, real shame as this hairdresser rates itself on providing excellent customer care but did not deliver. Don’t like to leave reviews like this as mistakes do happen but to totally ignore the customer is very wrong, really poor hairdressing for such a basic colour job .
