I've been coming here for years.  Occasionally I've tried a new salon, but I'm definitely a boomerang and can't stay away.   Lovely salon, lovely stylists.

FANTASTIC

LOVE going to the hairdressers and this has got to be my favourite salon.

Chloe does my hair and has done now for over 3 years, if Chloe is booked or unavailable Daisy steps in and does a fab job too.

I have my colours done every 4 weeks and often pop in for a wash and blow dry in between as there is no way I can ever get my hair to look as great as it does when I leave the salon

I have the THICKEST hair in the World and when I come out with it looking healthy, shiny and sleek I am ALWAYS so pleased.

The staff are all friendly and inviting and the salon itself is modern and clean (a few more trashy mags would be great though)

Coffee is always offered on arrival and top-ups given if wanted :)

Shocking hairdressing ! 
I came in with dark brown hair asking to match my extensions which were a chocolate brown. They said no problem.
They have bleached my hair, put a brown on and kept it on for a while without coming to check how it's getting on, and of course I ended up dark brown again.
So she then put some hairstrip to try and remove a bit of the darkness as I wasn't happy with my hair , but I ended up having brown roots and the rest were redish....basically nothing like I asked and looked pretty dreadful and of course damaged after the attempts. When I went to pay they wanted to charge me £89 
I was so shocked ! I asked why it's so expensive so she looked a bit lost and told me she looked at the wrong price...  So she ended up charging me £69. I did not want to pay at all as I was so upset with my hair... But I felt extremely uncomfortable from the atmosphere there, as they weren't the most polite!
Ended up paying, and before I left I've been advised to wash my hair with fairy to try and get the hair die out quicker.
Please tell me, what kind of hairdressing is that? I am so upset , I don't want to die my hair again because it's so damaged after the visit , but really want to as it looks dreadful!
