Their Facebook page say they're friendly but I tried to book an appointment with them by contacting via Facebook asking for an appointment on a specific day and explained I hadn't been before. They told me they didn't have availability and when I messaged again asking for other availability they didn't even bother to respond. A really poor first touch customer experience.

Only place I trust with my hair. Absolutely amazing atmosphere, very friendly people and reasonable prices. My friend recommended this place, now it's only place I go to.

After a disasterous experience elsewhere, I walked into my appointment and immediately loved my stylist and wow, fixed my hair, styled and love the results.  Great vibe and nice salon

I went here for the first time today. Leonie did my hair and took the time to chat to me first to find out what I really wanted. All the staff were really friendly and offered me tea or coffee while I was there. It was lovely to have the same person all the way through. Where I have been before I have been passed from one to another with the stylist only doing the last bit. I felt so comfortable and relaxed through the whole process and came away with a lovely new look and feeling great. I booked my next appointment before I left.

I have been going to the hatbox since the business started and there is no where better in town to get your haircut. Jason and his team always go out of their way to fit you in to suit you at short notice and have even stayed behind to suit me. friendly, relaxing atmosphere. I have always felt very welcome and most of all always been pleased with how they cut hair. if you are looking for someone reliable who goes the extra mile try these guys. they really are great.

My wife introduced me to Jason who had cut her hair for some years. What a good move this has been for me as Jason cuts my hair better than anybody I've ever had. Very welcoming and friendly and the coffee is good! I'm now a regular customer and would highly recommend the Hattbox.

The greatest place to get your hair done ever in the world EVER! And I should know having had over 17 haircuts in my life! Staff are really friendly and polite, their skills are second to none, and their coffee is from Yellow Bourbon! What more can you ask for!

I went to this hairdressers yesterday. I had my roots and a cut done. I was welcomed as a returning customer and offered plenty of drinks and magazines! My consultation was attentive, offering advice and ideas that I could comfortably discuss, take or leave. The product colour used has been the best colour for my hair with its omission of harsh chemicals. It's called oway, the company has an ethical and sustainable ethos and I think it might even be vegan.. The person washing my hair took pains to make sure I was comfortable with the temperature and wash and my hairdresser and others in the space were considerate friendly and caring. The cut I received was as ever really great...frustratingly so for my hairdresser as it tends to last a while but I was able to find  out that they will just fit people in for a fringe trim! Five stars all the way...can't see why anyone would give it anything else unless they wanted the moon! And I'm very picky! They do mens and womens hair and 2 very happy male customers were there when I was in. So stroll in and relax on the sofa safe in the knowledge that your hair and self are in great hands! Thanks Guys.

I have just had my hair done by Alison and it has to be said it's the best it's been since moving to Northampton. What a lovely friendly Salon. Already booked my next appointment Cheryl Austin
