Another Government Department that has no idea. Back in January 2016 I was sent a letter from these people telling me that they owe me £20 and it would arrive within 6 weeks of the letter, "WRONG" nothing, so I rang again in February, then in March, each time telling me it will arrive within two weeks., THEY HAVE NO IDEA. It is not the money, but the principle. I intend to take this Government Depart to the small claims court to receive my £20 G. Speed
The entrance is next to Snow + Rock, the security guard has very poor English. I.e. he has learned to say Yes, No and Can I see your ID. Having visited in the last month I twice went into the reception and asked IF the HM Insolvency Service was in this building, Twice I was told NO. I noticed the staff entering had ID badges and asked them, YES I was in the correct building. The HM staff said "Oh his English is very poor, But he has been here for a Year. I did seem very strange that an apparent Illegal Immigrant was employed as a security guard at a HMG Office. The staff seem to have got there cloths from a 2nd Hand Jumble sale. General lack of Knowledge and understanding of the requirements of the agency. I.e. they wanted to keep ID, NOT copy the ID , they wanted to keep the originals and not copy the official forms. I did inform them that what they were requesting was Illegal and a breach of the data protection act 2006 DPA-2006
What is the point of a phone number on the web site if nobody answers it. No message , no sorry we are busy just ring and ring and ring then it just cuts off. One is then having to use their message enquiry system which informs you it may take 15 working days. I guess it is an improvement on the reply im waiting for after i wrote to them at the end of last year.. corvid 19 or not it really is a poor show
A year after I was first told that I have funds due to be returned to me - and still chasing - send my details as requested - made many phone calls - still NADA
Helped me clear my dets very good people always answers phones and helped me with what I needed very good company
The administrator for my former employer filed my claim and I was paid in full after just three weeks.
