i been waiting for my passport from 26/6/2021 this is joke it was only change of name my name is omar bin mahmood i have to fly our by 17th November this is a complete joke your organisation nows how to depress people
Very cooperative staff , although had to wait for a while as I was early for appointment but my experience was brilliant. Covid precautions measures all taken into consideration. Staff I must say very helpful and pleasant.
After application, interview arranged quickly. Had my interview today. Very friendly staff, no fuss, comfortable waiting area and seen on time. Made to feel at ease and interviewed in an informal style which made the interview seem more like a 'chat'. Did not take long and was out in around 20 minutes. Passport approved and I am told will be recieved in around 7 days. Great service. Kept informed via email and/or text and in fact passport will arrive tomorrow just 3 working days after interview.
Had my interview today very friendly staff and really helpful.
Applied 23rd Feb 21 and rather than tell me they lost me documents, they decided to have me wait.. still waiting and it's the 19th April 21. No update on update message system. People do it via post or go direct. Fuming because I need paperwork for other things and no one's taken me seriously nor even attempted to write regarding my complaint
Excellent service and if you are using the 4 hour express service there is an amazing cafe called the rest which serves up the best full monty breakfast in Newport ,,, can't be missed

AVOID parking in the car park next to the building. The attended was completely rude so I parked at the mailbox down the road. Staff at the office are really friendly and quick too see you. Comfy seats in the waiting area
Brand new passport sorted in less than 2 weeks! I am over the moon. The service has been exceptional and the staff at the Birmingham office were very friendly, from reception to interviewer. 5 stars indeed.
I visited Passport Office, Consulate of Pakistan Birmingham in relation to my Passport. Very good management, reception staff and other staff members were very helpful and supportive. I am very thankful to all staff members and specially MR. HAROON JAMEEL, MANAGER who is a very competent officer and deal to the people respectfully and professionally. I appreciate him and his excellent services he is providing to the people.
