My daughter recently bought a car from here, and the service was fantastic. The salesman Johnnie Walker couldn't be more helpful. He made us feel at ease, explained everything we needed to know. Any contact we had with branch from selecting my daughters car and picking it up all staff were very welcoming and nothing seemed too much too ask of them. I highly recommend starting here when you are looking for a car, because I am sure you will not need to look anywhere else. Friendly, helpful and an enjoyable experience.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star, but I had to. I am extremely disappointed with the experience at kilmarnock store. I liked a car and put down a deposit on Monday and was told Wednesday that I would be contacted in regards to when the car would be ready for collection. I was being told that the broken windscreen would be repaired Thursday. Come Wednesday, I never received a call so I called the advisor in the branch (Ian) and he advised the windscreen would be fixed Thursday. I again, had no contact from the branch on Thursday to confirm the repair and no call on the morning of collection so I called the branch to find out if the car was ready, to find out that the windscreen hadn't been fixed and the car wouldn't be ready for another 5 working days. I had no calls from the branch to notify me that the windscreen had been failed to be replaced and that the car wouldn't be ready. I have spent £100's of pounds changing insurance, missed out a days work and messed up others people's days to get this car. When I called the branch, to request if the car could be brought to my local store as a gesture of goodwill when the work was completed (car is value range so couldn't be brought over in the first instance) the woman Caroline said she couldn't do that even after all this hassle. Furthermore, when asked about what else could be done I was met with 'what else do you want me to do?'. Overall, the sales experience and aftercare of this whole process has been very disappointing and I will never recommend a friend to go to arnold Clark.

Took my car here for MOT and service. Waited 9 days for 2 tyres and a horn. Instructed employees not to put the front windows down as they would fall into door panel, they did not listen. When collecting my car after being given back the keys I discovered after opening my car up the door panel wasn't even fitted and the window had been crudely jammed up outside of its weather seal. Once this had been rectified and I set off home I noticed a warning light on the dash board "check anti pollution system" Something that had never appeared before in my 3 years of owning the car. I took it back a few days later and they wanted £190 to fix something they broke 😂😂😂 Won't be back
