Fully recommend, been getting my Audi MOT and serviced here for 3 years. Had new brakes and bearings amoungst other things and always been given amazing service. The work they have done has always been to a high standard.

Credit where credit is due!. I have just had a fantastic experience, down at the Sheffield Hillsborough branch of Mr. Clutch. I was in need of two new front tyres and rang the branch, saying I needed them that morning. The person on the phone said, although they didn't have them in stock, they would order them and thought they would arrive by 11 am. I took my car down and met the person, who said they had not arrived just yet. He contacted the deliverer by phone and got a time that the tyres would arrive. He then promised to fit them as soon as they got there. I took the opportunity to visit the local shops and when I returned, not only had the tyres arrived, but they were fitted and ready for me to leave!. Excellent service, friendly and attentive staff, all in all, a very pleasant transaction. I always try to use Mr. Clutch at Hillsborough for all my motoring needs, as they have never let me down. Full Marks and a pat on the back to all concerned!. Thanks again

Noticed a mystery 'burn' mark on the front of my car after recent visit to have throttle valve cleaned. It appeared as if someone had tried to conceal the damage as the front of car was smeared with black filth when I collected it (car was clean on arrival). The mark was definitely not there when I washed car a few days earlier. Advised by independent professional autobody repair company that damage is a burn caused by some heat source (possibly work lamp hung on car). Too high to be exhaust from another vehicle and wasn't brake fluid as car was only there 90 minutes. Manager and mechanic denied all knowledge. Customer services and regional manager were adamant it could not have been their staff and insisted they maintain high level of service. It most certainly wasn't caused by myself and is very odd damage to sustain from typical, everyday use. Ultimately, my word against theirs as difficult to prove however as damage appeared to have been concealed deliberately the whole incident seemed a bit suspect. A shame as previously good service and manager always very helpful in the past. Given the slim probability that the damage could have occurred elsewhere I will not be taking further chances with this company.

Absolutely shocking picked car up then when turning an wheel it was  grinding so bad even with the slightest turn. Took back did it again now when I press brakes lightly it does it still. So imcompintent have these guys even passed training because for a Mechanic it really was a simple job so many bad reviews they need closing down

Used Mr Clutch to get the pads/discs changed on my CR-V. Fantastic service and at a great price. Nothing is too much trouble for James and the boys - and there are no hidden bits to bite you in the ass. Will be using these guys again definitely.  A++++
