Large store, well organized and stocked. Good place for kids to read and play. Books, magazines, toys, gifts, house stuffs,..... nice staff. Decent price. Quick check out. Large parking space.
Love the place, many products including books and others to choose from. I love the layout of the shop. My little girl can stay there for hours in the kids area.
I had the pleasure of doing an Author Signing Event at this location a couple of weeks ago. It is a big store with lots of selection and friendly staff. Even though it was busy staff were attentive in keeping everything organized and tidy. Even the lines at cash always moved fast, leaving no customer waiting to get on with the rest of their day and enjoy their purchases.

Great selection of books, clean location and great customer service. The books and other items are expensive in my opinion but make sure you look out for sales. : If you shop at Indigo often, make sure you made a Plum Rewards account!
Great location, has a Starbucks inside, washrooms, tons of books and other home decor type items. Right next door is a PetSmart if you want a change of scenery. The store is quite large, it gave me a bit of a crammed feeling, but for a book store that's fine. The kids area has lots of toys like puzzles, LEGO, stuffies etc. All the staff I talked to were excellent and friendly. The washrooms were relatively clean. It wasn't busy when I visited, but the Starbucks had a small line. Also starting now spring 2024 there is construction on Fanshawe Park road, so expect delays and limited road access.
Walked around store front to back, back to side and no where could I find someone for assistance. Website stated they had several of an item in stock but could not be found. I understand websites have errors, but had I simply been able to ask someone my experience would have been less frustrating drove half across the city, and I would have been understanding. And yes there was someone at the counter to check people out, but there was a steady stream of people buying items and I'm not going to impede others for my sake.
So nice to have a brick and mortar book store. I'd like to see even more books and less "other" merchandise, but that's probably just the reality of keeping the doors open for business in this age. Always excellent service from the staff. Keep it up, Indigo.
Looking for a last minute gift for my grandson. The store didn't have it, but the store employee offered to call other stores to see if they did. She called four 4 places with no luck. She then offered to call other cities and continue trying. I was desperate, and amazed that she would go this far as to call other companies for a walk in customer me. She found it! And in time for me to make it there just before they closed. I so wish I had asked for that employee's name. I hope she is working the next time I go in there. I've got a gift card in my pocket with her "name" on it.
Clean, large store with nicely displayed sections relating to various topics. Great Starbucks too with lots of seating.
