Item not dispatched after two months even though I had sent 3 messages they replied. Worse yet, they never answered me after asking the cancellation.
I purchased a large mirror Feb 2020. I was told before lockdown due to covid delivery postponed. I understand this. Very disappointed 3 months on no attempt to update me, I'm unable to contact by phone, email or by going back to store.

Horrible store service. Waited a staff for 30 minutes and without a single explanation and she kept looking away /doing something else while introducing furnitures. Was going to order but not anymore.
My wife bought a next of tables here and she is delighted with her purchase
Very unwelcoming. I am a regular customer and I love the items of India Jane, however the staff makes you feel uncomfortable, they follow you around and GLARE at you everytime you pick up an item. They treat you as if you were a thief rather than a customer. It's the closest India Jane, otherwise I would not visit.
