They always look after me. Michael the Manager is a top guy and runs a good team. Great services, great prices on tyres, MOT and has a little waiting room facility but take your own coffee! No machine.

I took my 2019 Mercedes with only 40,000 miles on the clock for an MOT here and the service was extremely poor. I wasn’t contacted all day with any updates, and when I finally chased them, I was told the car had failed because the parking brake supposedly didn’t perform on their rolling road test.nnThere were no warning lights on the dash, and the brakes have always worked perfectly. The next morning, before 10am, a professional re-tested the car on a rolling road and confirmed the parking brake performed fine with no issues at all. This suggests the problem wasn’t the car, but that the staff at this branch don’t know how to use the equipment properly. If you don’t know how to use a rolling road, you shouldn’t be testing cars on it.nnOn top of this, I was told I couldn’t take my car home due to the fail, with staff showing no concern about the fact I needed it to get to and from work. The whole experience was inconvenient, stressful, and made worse by the dismissive attitude of the staff who clearly didn’t care about the disruption caused.nnCar now passed MOT elsewhere without a £1000 bill.nnAwful customer service — I would not recommend this branch at all.

No other words but EXCELLENT.nI always use this garage because of the staff, they are always so helpful & if asked questions they are very polite & explain everything.nA BIG THANK YOU

Booked an appointment for 4x brand new tyres and paid extra for a premium early slot, arrived 30 minutes early to be told it's going to take up to 3 hours from the time of the appointment but if it's ready early they would call. Didn't receive any calls so went to pick it up 3 hours later to find it still up in the ramps but at least it was finished. Drove home checked the tyres and they are 2 years old and full of fine scratches!!n! Have already sent a complaint and waiting to hear back, if they rectify the issue I will change the review until then check the DOT on the sidewall before leaving the premises people.

Great garage, staff are very helpful and friendly. Sorted my car for me super quick and help me understand what was wrong with it in terms I could actually understand which was very helpful.
