Lovely day, staff really friendly. Just 2 suggestions.. . 1... offer a tea or coffee on arrival while filing out forms.. 2... the glass of water given whilst in the mud chamber is very hard to hold when covered in mud. Either use plastic cup or provide a straw.

Myself and my sisters and best friend came for a spa day with mud chamber treatments and a glass of processo upon arrival yesterday. The day started off with me being asked for my Groupon code for my booking even though I had booked straight with Imagine spa and no code was given to me, so I spent the first half an hour looking though emails to find an email with codes that I wouldn't have. So already stressed I was made even more stressed out because I couldn't find an email that wasn't there. We all eventually had a relaxing experience although felt out of place when we had to go upstairs to the bar to order food to be brought downstairs to the spa for us to eat. We felt that we could have been offered a second robe after having our mud chamber treatments as the robes we had we're really wet from the pool/jacuzzi area. There wasn't anywhere to leave our wet towels and bath robes and slippers we were expected to carry the wet towels, robes and slippers to the reception area. Some laundry boxes would be beneficial so that customers aren't expected to carry wet towels ect whilst dry and fully clothed. The hair oil treatment that we all paid £3 each for didn't work for any of us if anything it made all our hair's dryier. We were all astonished that children of all ages were allowed to use the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, there were children under the recommended age using the jacuzzi and nothing was said or done about it. All in all our day didn't start off to a great start but we were able to relax and get rid of all our stresses, as a mother of four little ones I have a lot of stresses. Over heard a few customers whilst we were there saying how the spa would benifit from an ice cave and I have to agree.

Arrived yesterday very disapointed. Hard thin towels and dressing gown upon arrival, relaxation room far from relaxing when staff are constantly in and out, no extra treatments on offer which we would of liked, pool not relaxing at all as this is a leisure centre not a spa. The mud chamber one tiny pot of mud between 2 of us and steam in the mud chamber wasn't the best. We left straight after as no point in staying for the day..all in all a completely unrelaxing day...
