Superb service from Ifor Williams. Phoned up as I needed a plastic clip for my Ifor Williams hard top. Straight through to spares department, no waiting, man knew exactly which part I wanted to purchase, I was more than happy to pay for the clip but he offered to post one plus a spare free of charge as they are only small. Very good service and good products.

Dreadful customer service...no interest in resolving problems or calling customers back...please do not use their products

We choose Ifor Williams for the robustness of its products and for the reputation of the brand based in Europe.
We flee Ifor Williams because of the disastrous and non-existent customer service.

More than 6 months delay (and silence) to send a kit ramp proposed to the catalog !!!
More than 28 emails exchanged to be informed of the delivery time .... Than the day of the expedition!
The Customer Service Manager at Ifor Williams sees this as normal and refuses any commercial gesture (Discount, Goodies, etc).

This brand is to be avoided if you want to do something other than handle problems !!
