Honesty, Reliability and Trustworthiness is what you will get with ICS Legal. It's very simple if you need professional help in any matter that ICS Legal specialise in then you have found the right team. I have been using ICS Legal now for few years. I will suggest initially book a consultation with them as I did few years back and not once have I regretted it. Explain exactly what you require and be honest with them in return they will be able to help and guide you on what your options are and if they can help you further in anyway.

I had used their services for my cousins short term student visitor visa. Before submitting the application, there were so many silly mistakes like not spelling the parents name correctly and putting incorrect answers for questions such as if they have a national identity card when my cousin had already sent this. I had to correct everything and submit the application. After all I was charged £800 for the application to be rejected and to appeal this they asked for further money for a juridical review which was ridiculous! On top of that I had to pay £60 for a consultation which was such a waste of time and money. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

Excellent service. Great value for money and prompt responses. They were able to assist us to extension of our Visa without any hassles. Highly recommend.

Mr Abdul is professional, experienced, had two sections of consulation with him, very happy about his service.

This is the first time i used their services. There are no words to express how good and professional they are. I had a lot of questions and every question was answered. Anytime i had a query they gave me an appointment straight away either over the phone or got the resolution over the email. My citizenship application got approved in about 2 months. When i had doubts about my application, one thing Abdul told me was "if there were any doubts in my application we wouldn't have submitted it yet". That explained everythung about them. They don't submit an application for the sake of making money. Many thanks ICS, many thanks Abdul.

I want to thank  very much ICS Legal, especially Mr Imran and Mr Abdul Kadir.  The are extremely  professional.  They get the job done 100%. I am thankful  to ICS LEGAL   where finally  I am British Citizen.  I highly  recommend ICS LEGAL  because  staff  is highly dedicated  and many years experience in immigration.

Very ignorant. They answer properly only before they get money. I applied for my sons visa with them. They charged me over 2.2 k and I told them I was in a rush because I would lose my job if I don’t come back on time. they applied for him and promised me that they contact me as soon as he gets his visa, but they didn’t . It took near 3 month. I was frustrated and lost my job. 23 days after my visa issue date, I went to tls to ask them why don’t they consider my priority service? They said the visa was issued 23 days ago and my solicitor didn’t inform me about that. That’s a big shame. If they told me on the time my visa issued, I wouldn’t lose my job.

All, I left a negative review about the way ICS Legal treats people and another one after they replied me in a cunning way encouraging me to contact them again. After I believed them and paid £120 which is even more than £75 as the travel document application fee itself, I left that review. But they flagged my second negative review as defamatory which was not. This afternoon, they forwarded me the reply from H.O travel document section which is backdated to 19-01-2022. and they have forwarded it to me this afternoon 2-2-2022 only because they saw my complaint on Trustpilot of how they treated me.  Thankfully I did not trust them after I found some negative reviews on the internet. I contacted the travel document section directly as advised by an insightful friend, received their reply and sorted all the documents needed and then got the latest reply from H.O quickly stating that the application has been sent to the caseworker. These all were carried out via my direct request before the end of January, but ICS Legal has just forwarded their reply to me asking for the evidence. That is all because they are concerned about their reviews on the internet and need to look legit and honest in the eyes of the public. I feel sorry that I did not do proper research to know more about them and lost money.  They are apparently a registered office, but the way they work sounds like those scam companies that make phone calls to people and work on their mind to remember if they had experienced an unfortunate event like a car accident, having their car or an asset stolen during a certain time they mention. If the person said yet, then they would be targeted as a customer to pay them money so that their claim for compensation would be submitted and addressed, but what actually would happen for the victim client was losing money and nothing else. That is how some organisations treat people and hurt them.  What it means is I would have lost more than 10 days to hear from the Home Office about the status of my travel document application which needs to be carried out asap. Please DO NOT trust any phone number you find on the internet. I will not stay quiet and keep posting here whatever they email or text me to bully me. They are not helpful at all.

Very polite soliciting team and highly professional. When it comes immigration issues, look no further than ICS legal. I don’t know where they are based. A friend recommended them to me and I phone them. We did everything on the phone and they delivered within just 4 hours what other law firms were claiming its impossible. Lawyer Abdul is a top - notch Lawyer. Much respect to your team. I highly recommend ICS legal to anyone who is looking for help regarding legal issues.
