**Unprofessional and Unresponsive Solicitor** I had an extremely disappointing experience with this solicitor during the sale of my property. From start to finish, their professionalism was severely lacking. The most frustrating aspect was their complete lack of communication. Throughout the process, I was left in the dark about crucial updates and progress. My attempts to reach out for information were often ignored, and when I did receive responses, they were vague and unhelpful. The entire ordeal was unnecessarily stressful due to their unprofessional behavior. Selling a property is already a challenging process, and having an unresponsive solicitor only added to the frustration. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable and professional legal assistance.
I highly recommend Jonathan Kidoushim at Cavendish Legal Group for his professionalism and exceptional service. Throughout our property transactions, he was incredibly responsive and addressed all our concerns promptly. Even during his annual leave, the transition to his colleague Nicole was seamless, ensuring things proceeded without any hiccups which was invaluable during the latter stages. Thank you!
They are affordable. I was with Shirley and the process was straightforward and very clear with the app. Got the job done! Will be using again :
Dont say we didnt warn you. CLG is not some one you want to contract with. I was given misleading information about contract exchange date. After one month delay, CLG claims it was never that date, causing me to suffer a fortune. In terms of working style, my junior administrator can do a better job. Buyers feedback was negative 'very dissatisfied' with drip-feeding / garbled way of working. You will be paying a fortune to ask CLG to copy and paste incorrectly. One of them even sent a wrong version of essential form to the clients, causing yet another round of questions. Honestly, go a better firm. They're not even cheap. After one month of delay, unable to seal the deal Oh...and I was only trying to sell a standard, new build, 2 bedrooms, residential complex, well managed. No mortagage, no chain. The task COULD NOT be any simpler.
I guess any company that has a huge turn over of staff stay away from IT 2 : never take a solicitor that is recommended by an agent or agency they work together! MISTAKE Had a year of turbulence / anxiety/ with them finally is over companies like this should BE monitored and regulated by the authorities to save people lives . Never again will be dealing or buying social housing shared ownerships disaster to say the least
Would give 0 stars if possible. Probably the worst professional service I've ever had the displeasure to pay for! Avoid at all costs and save yourself the hassle of dealing with these clowns. Caroline Fitzpatrick was particularly terrible although now left the firm.
Avoid at all costs.I instructed cavendish legal group to undertake a small probate matter on behalf of myself and my sister it went on to become the most stressful 18 months of my life they were uninterested uncontactable rude I never spoke to my case lawyer at any stage he was either on annual leave or wouldn’t answer the phone furthermore my sister and a beneficiary was never contacted at any stage of the process numerous mistakes were made in the accounting process and we were kept in the dark at every stage I was also prevented from making an official complaint .think very carefully before instructing cavendish legal group
