We used OTS to aid us in our spouse visa application after previously being rejected doing it on our own. Sanae was the solicitor handling our case and she made this process easy from start to finish. She was very communicative and explained what would be required for a successful application and then guided us every step of the way. Great experience with OTS relating to my husband's spouse visa application. We followed Philip and Dhaya's advice and received our successful outcome within 3 months. I would recommend their services regarding immigration matters.
Selected OTS for an immigration consultancy based on strong Google reviews. This was a mistake. I plan to return to the UK with my non-British wife. The consultancy was fine, but there were a couple of points the solicitor needed to double check and promised to follow up on email. Eight days later, and we haven't heard anything from them. Have tried emailing them myself and no response so far. I'd be very cautious booking a consultation with OTS. We've wasted £100 and now have no way to proceed.

Whilst facing questions with regards to us applying directly for my wife's spouse visa, my wife suggested we called OTS Solicitors for a consultation, since the company had been highly recommended by a friend who had recently filed for a Spouse Visa. This was the best action we could have taken, as we soon learned from our solicitor, Nollienne, that I would not have qualified as a sponsor, since I was filing n as an employee from a Philippine Company based in the Philippines. Our Solicitor immediately found a solution by filing based on our savings account meeting the minimum requirement as a sponsor. We found Nollienne to be ever so efficient and easy to communicate with. After our first conference call, we did not hesitate to engage OTS Solicitors to represent us with the filing of the Spouse Visa. Nollienne was meticulous with her advice and instructions with regards to the documentation requirements needed before we filed our application. Using Dropbox, we were able to organize our documentation and allow Nollienne to review and provide suggestions for improvement. What impressed me the most was the detailed cover letter written by Nollienne at the time we submitted our application. it was incredibly detailed and illustrated how well she knew our circumstances and documentation. We silently felt very confident of being approved. We were fortunate enough to be selected for priority service and within 9 weeks from filing we were granted approval. Once again Nollienne stepped in to remind us of the requirements needed prior to leaving the Philippines of which we were not aware of. Without question i would recommend OTS Solicitors to anyone filing for a spouse visa, and the cost for their service is extremely good value and a very small investment for future happiness in the UK as husband and wife. Then there is the human factor. Our solicitor, Nollienne, was not simply a professional in her own field, but really cared about the service she provided, and took extreme pride in being able to help people such as my Filipina wife feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the filing process. She really took pride in helping those in need, which meant a lot to her personally.
At the outset, Sanae Sahebjalal and Hans Sok Appadu at OTS Solicitors, in my initial call, were the ones to suggest that I to apply for a High Performance Individual HPI visa to the UK; this in itself proved their worth as I had no idea of this new visa category and it entirely opened up the door for my path to the UK. Sanae Sahebjalal handled my HPI visa application and overall I have been very impressed with her handling of the matter. From start to finish, she has been methodical, clear and communicative. Initially, Sanae wrote and obtained documents from my alma mater university in the USA which I had a hard time getting. Post that she kept me updated with timely information on Ecctis certification of my USA degree. The HPI visa application itself was done smoothly after that and all documents uploaded in short order making my local interview process a breeze. After the submission of my application, there were some curveballs in terms of documents I had submitted which caused some anxious moments and quite a lot of and back and forth till it was resolved positively. But throughout the process what I found impressive was the suo moto genuine interest, involvement and effort taken by Sanae to get a positive result. Its quite rare to get professionals to be that invested in their client's outcome. I received my UK HPI visa today. Without hesitation, I would recommend Sanae as well as Hans and OTS Solicitors to anyone seeking high-quality professional legal service for UK immigration. Thank you.
