Manny was very helpful and understanding. Even though in my situation getting a visa on time was not possible in the end -- Manny took the time and tried his best to help me, getting in touch with the visa centre and explaining how this whole process works to me. He did not charge me for his time as we ended up not applying for a visa, and yet I feel like he's done everything possible to help me. Getting a visa is tough, and Manny does his best to make this process go smooth and if it's not possible, he takes the time to help you really find the best solutions for your particular situation
