Awfull experience staff are rude I had a disabled man with me doing his shopping during the experience with the cashier small lady with glasses in her 60's unbelievable attitude rushing us seeing I was struggling with the packing and supporting a disabled man she continued felt the experience was worse than aldi will not return to thus store

Very rude hijabi girl and wont offer a good customer when ask for anything they shut u down and overall staff is very rude, will  avoid this branch for sure

Head office you must update your opening times , you don’t open until 8.30 on Saturday not whats on your castle/brom web site 8o clock  apparently you must listen to your staff in future as they have tried telling you !

If I could give zero stars I would I have just contacted the store regarding an online order from yesterday.I dont know who I spoke to but she was rude and argumentative.Wont be using the store ever again which is a shame .I think she needs some customer service training

Stood for 15 minutes there was only 2 on the tills there used to be a 3rd till but they have closed it down. Don't think I'll be going to this 1 again

Very busy....difficult to park now they have the new parking charges....even blue badge holders have to pay

I think I am gonna start shopping around..one item today was double the price

Nice big Iceland's but you do have to pay for parking 30-minutes free
