We do our shopping here fairly regularly. But recently I have been extremely annoyed with the terrible condition the food arrives in with the home delivery. All fully defrosted! Now, when food that should not be defrosted until the point of using arrives fully defrosted, their is a real problem! I have complained multiple times to no avail. Bad bad bad, we will be doing our shopping elsewhere from now on!

Shopped here today and I spent over £100 ... when my shopping got here all my frozen food had defrosted.... I made a complaint to which I was told they couldn't be replaced until 7-9pm that evening which was a bit disappointing. After the phone call I continued to unpack my food then found the milk had spilt all over my fridge stuff and also my bread was open. You would think with Iceland being known for there frozen food that it would be delivered frozen!!!!!!!! Unfortunately I won't be shopping here again
